Our hot tub died… of course on a Friday at 4:00 and with outside temps below freezing. Performance called us back during off-hours (emergency number response). Educated us on how to keep the pipes/water warm til they would get here, and then sent a talented, knowledgeable, caring guy who got the job done under tough conditions. What a great bunch of people who serve their customers well and stand behind their work!

The work began as promised. All permits and inspections were taken care of, electrical and gas connections were handled, and the decking and fencing were installed on time. Whenever we had a question, the PPS people were always available to respond, and to ensure we were satisfied.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with P.P.S. from start to finish. The crew at P.P.S. worked extra hard on our pool as we desired the look of a much more expensive gunite pool. P.P.S. worked with us on a special rounded contour to the bottom of our pool giving us exactly the look we wanted. You have to see it to believe it.

This summer has been great. We have three children and they have already spent hours and hours in the pool. Instead of loading the kids in the van and heading off in search of a beach or friends’ pool, we are able to stay home. The kids love to invite their friends over to swim. Byran and I also enjoy entertaining, but also like quiet evenings relaxing by the pool with just our family.
